REVERE -- Eight property transfers were recorded in Revere between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but registry data currently shows a sale price for only one of them: a $365,000 transfer on Newman Street.

Of those, one carried a recorded sale price: $365,000, for 157 Newman St. Because only one price has posted so far, the $365,000 figure also stands as both the low and high end of the range and the median; it does not represent a median across all eight transfers. The remaining seven sales do not yet show a consideration amount in the registry, which typically appears within about a week of recording. Based on recorded volume alone, eight transfers in a roughly one-month span is a moderate count; price-based conclusions about the strength of the market cannot be drawn until more considerations post.

157 Newman St sold for $365,000 on Sept. 11. Selman Ahmad sold the property to Kedi Dina. It is the only transfer in this period with a recorded sale price; beds, baths and square footage were not available from the deed record.

The remaining seven transfers recorded Sept. 11 do not yet show a sale price: 105 Franklin Ave, Unit 103, from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. to Vladimir Shumovych; a Revere property transferred from Anthony and Sandra Biancofiore to Nicholas Biancofiore; 235 Revere St, from the United States of America (HUD) to Revere Elderly Housing Inc.; 61 Pleasant St, from Hassan Ouchraa to Hassan Ouchraa; 59 Larkin St, from George T. Currier Jr. and Luca Realty Lending Trust to Jbean Realty Lending Trust; 595 Revere Beach Pkwy, Unit 22, from Beiman Leonardo G. Alvarez and Mayerly Rocio F. Martinez; and 350 Revere Beach Blvd, Unit 10R, from Nicholas Biancofiore.
