NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Carleton Street saw two transfers on Sept. 25: 56 Carleton St, with Elizabeth and Henry Prizio as sellers, and 58 Carleton St, with Henry Prizio as seller. Neither transfer lists a buyer price yet, and the shared seller names suggest a related family transaction, though the data does not indicate the reason.
