REVERE -- Thirteen property transfers were recorded in Revere between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to Suffolk County Registry of Deeds records, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $279,559 to $925,000 and a median of $600,000 among the five transactions that listed a price.

Of the 13 recorded deeds, only five carried a disclosed consideration amount; the remaining eight listed no sale price, which is standard for certain deed types such as foreclosure, refinance and bank-to-bank transfers. 46 Dix St sold for $280,000 on July 10. The sellers were listed as Rubieh Revocable Trust and Ramzy Rubieh; the buyers were CrossCountry Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.
