Only One of 11 Revere Property Sales Discloses Its Price in July

REVERE -- Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Revere between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one of those deeds listed a sale price, limiting what the data can show about pricing trends in the town's housing market this period.

MARKET OVERVIEW Eleven deeds were recorded in Revere during the period, a moderate volume for a four-week span, though the lack of disclosed pricing on all but one transaction limits any assessment of whether the market ran active or quiet in dollar terms. Only one of the 11 deeds included a consideration amount: $410,000. Because that is the only disclosed price, the price range for the period is $410,000 to $410,000, and the median sale price is likewise $410,000. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two of the 11 deeds involved properties in the Squire Road corridor: 0 Squire Road, transferred from Wesley Street Malden LLC, and 655 Squire Rear Road, transferred from Wesley LLC and Citi Real Estate Funding Inc. Both were recorded July 6. No other street name repeated among the 11 deeds.
