288 Court Rd sold for $225,000 on July 17. The seller was listed as the Chiudina Family Living Trust and Suzanne N. Chiudina; the buyer was Rockland Trust Company.

In each of these four disclosed-price sales, the buyer of record was a bank, credit union or mortgage-related entity rather than an individual.
