CHELSEA -- The Suffolk County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Chelsea between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only one included a disclosed sale price, limiting what the data can show about the month's market.

The remaining 11 transactions, listed below by street, all showed a consideration of "price not disclosed" in the recorded deed.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Pearl Street had two recorded transfers of unit condominiums: 100 Pearl St. Unit 1 ($585,000, sold July 28) and 92 Pearl St. Unit 1 (price not disclosed, sold July 28), both listing a seller under the name Linda Costanzo or Linda Costanza. Washington Avenue and Washington Street together had three transfers on July 24 involving Perez family sellers and buyers: 248 Washington Ave., 248 Washington St. and a related transfer at 74 Franklin Ave. A fourth Perez family transfer was recorded the same day at 29 Carmel St. Individual transfers with no shared street pattern were recorded at 10 Beacon St. Unit 1, 250 Congress Ave. Unit 2, 296 Washington Ave., 368 Crescent Ave. and 67 Clinton St., plus one entry listing no street address.
