CHELSEA -- Suffolk County deed records show 12 property transfers in Chelsea recorded during October, but only three carried a sale price by the time this report was compiled, with prices ranging from $224,900 to $364,100.

The second-highest was 200 Captains Row Unit 408, which sold for $300,000 on Oct. 2. Mahesh Ganesan and Preethi Ganesan were the sellers; Leader Bank NA and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc were listed as buyers.

The third was 60 Essex St, which sold for $224,900 on Oct. 6. Diogenes B. Petrolini and Fernanda B. Petrolini were the sellers; Eastern Bank was the buyer.

No other transfers in the dataset carried a recorded price this month.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Broadway: Two deeds were recorded in October for 315 Broadway/315 Broadway St, one dated Oct. 5 and one dated Oct. 7. Kimberly T. Nguyen and Thuong H. Du appear as both buyer and seller across the two transactions, with roles reversed between the two dates. Neither transfer had a recorded price.

Lambert Avenue/unspecified Chelsea address: James Freeman and Jacqueline M. Freeman are listed as sellers in two separate Oct. 8 transfers, one at 15 Lambert Ave and one with no street address given in the available data. Neither transfer had a recorded price.
