Boston Named One of Four US Cities on World's Smartest List

BOSTON — Boston is one of only four U.S. cities to crack a new worldwide ranking of the 50 "smartest" cities, according to a Time Out report published Saturday. The city's tech-and-livability profile drew fresh attention on a day otherwise light on town hall, schools, and community news.
