REVERE — The Revere Conservation Commission approved removal of unpermitted artificial turf and relocation of two sheds at 620 Revere Beach Boulevard but split off the stormwater chamber for separate review. Wetland scientist Michael Schmidt of Goddard Consulting told the panel roughly 4,100 square feet of turf will be replaced with sod and both sheds moved off a city sewer easement under a Zoning Board of Appeals variance already secured. Commissioner Tom objected that stormwater sizing calculations for the proposed infiltration chamber were missing from the plans he received, saying "I can't make a decision on a 76-page report and 15-page set of plans just from the information you're feeding me now." The commission unanimously approved the turf-and-shed portion while requiring a separate notice of intent for the chamber.

Members also approved certificates of compliance for a completed modular home at 36 Floyd Street and for Phase 1 of the Trident Logistics Center warehouse at 101 Lee Burbank Highway, and reported a new cease-and-desist order issued this week at 65 Ellerton Street.
