Boston Police Recruit Class 6020 Sworn In at First Post-Pandemic In-Person Graduation

BOSTON — July 22, 2026 — Boston Police Recruit Class 6020 graduates in the department's first full in-person pinning ceremony since the COVID-19 pandemic. The joint Boston and Brockton Police Department class was sworn in at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, with Mayor Kim Janey and Superintendent-in-Chief Gregory Long presiding over the 29-week program's culmination.
